Governance

Working at RSA, I led the content creation and approval process from start to finish, working with both internal and external clients. This included six rounds of approvals with senior stakeholders and financial compliance teams.

Approval sessions took place on-site with clients as well as in-house with internal teams. I discussed all proposed changes with relevant stakeholders, noting and tracking agreed changes.

At Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC), I was responsible for making sure all content on the council site was approved and compliant. This included overseeing the work of over 200 authors.

At OCS, I worked with stakeholders across the world to make sure migrated content was approved and compliant. This included teams in New Zealand, the UAE and Cambodia.


Content management

Across my career, I have used many different content management systems, including WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Magnolia and Sharepoint. BHCC had a devoted author model, with department publishers and team-wide authors. My team were responsible for checking all content was written in plain English and met house style guidelines.

At OCS, I built out multiple global websites using the Sitecore CMS.
